Silent power, endless freedom

The energy we state is the energy you actually use.

ISOLA Marine is the energy storage system designed for the marine sector. It replaces the generator, powers every load on board and returns 100% of its rated energy.

The problem

The best moment of the day, with an engine running under your feet.

At anchor the generator stays on to keep air conditioning, refrigeration and stabilisers alive. Noise, vibration, fuel and engine hours — exactly when all you want is silence.

Traditional service batteries are not enough: barely half of their rated capacity is actually usable, they are heavy and they take up space a boat does not have. The generator becomes compulsory.

ISOLA Marine exists to remove that obligation: high power concentrated in reduced weight and volume, connected to the existing electrical system, making the vessel energetically autonomous.

The numbers

Six figures that change life on board

  • 100%of the rated energy is genuinely usable
  • 10,000charge cycles, almost double the best solutions on the market
  • −83%weight compared with traditional lead-acid systems
  • +300%capacity compared with traditional service batteries
  • −75%space occupied compared with many systems on the market
  • ≈ 0self-discharge: still charged after months of inactivity
The point that matters

Every kWh of ISOLA Marine is used down to the last Watt

In the storage market the figure quoted is almost always nominal capacity, which does not match the energy actually available. ISOLA Marine guarantees 100% of the energy it states.

Unlike every other technology, which only allows partial use of the available capacity, here there is no gap between the datasheet and what you have at anchor. That is why a 15.36 kWh ISOLA system replaces banks that are far larger and far heavier.

Goodbye generator

What happens when the generator goes quiet

With ISOLA Marine you can remove one of the two generators on board, or drastically reduce use of the main set. High-consumption loads stay powered constantly, immediately and in complete silence.

Frequently asked questions

What owners always ask us

Can I really remove the generator?

On many vessels with two generators, one can be removed and use of the main set drastically reduced. It depends on real consumption on board: air conditioning, stabilisers and appliances must be added up and compared with available energy. That is the first calculation we do together.

How many hours can I stay at anchor with nothing running?

It depends on installed kWh and consumption. A 15.36 kWh system delivers its full 15.36 kWh, while a traditional bank of the same nominal rating would return roughly half. That difference is what lengthens the night at anchor.

How is this different from a normal lithium battery?

Traditional lithium-ion batteries return about 85–90% of nominal capacity and reach a few thousand cycles. ISOLA Marine returns 100% and reaches up to 10,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, with near-zero self-discharge.

Do I have to rebuild the boat’s electrical system?

No. ISOLA Marine connects directly to the existing electrical infrastructure with no changes to the original installation. It integrates with both modern vessels and units that have been in service for years.

Is lithium safe on board?

The system uses no self-igniting materials and is designed specifically for high-performance marine applications. Integrated electronics monitor temperatures and voltages and intervene automatically in case of anomaly.

Does it only charge in port?

No. Besides ultra-fast dock charging, the system recovers energy directly from the vessel’s engines while under way: you reach the anchorage with full batteries without ever starting the generator.

How long does it last?

Up to 10,000 charge cycles at 80% depth of discharge, almost double the best solutions on the market. Near-zero self-discharge holds the charge through long periods of inactivity. The warranty is 10 years.

Do you work with yards and refit?

Yes. Direct connection to the existing system and compact dimensions make ISOLA Marine suitable for both new builds and refits, with more freedom of placement even where other systems would not fit.
